Qatalum was founded in 2006 in Doha an equal joint venture between Qatar Petroleum and Hydro Aluminium of Norway. The company produces value-added extrusion ingots and foundry alloys used in the automotive industry, construction, engineering and in the manufacturing of consumer goods.
